Return & Refund Policy
Our flexible return and exchange policy also supports our guaranteed finest quality. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply return the product to our warehouse within 30 days of your receiving. From our experience we have learnt that the most of the returns and the reason for customer dissatisfaction is due to the inappropriate size selection from the customer`s end. In order to ensure that you get the product that is fit to your size and personality we have a dedicated team to help you chose the best for you.
It is also important to know that the safety and the charges the products incur to reach us are at your account. Our recommendation for safekeeping is that you insure the shipment for the value of the goods and keep all the delivery records with you.
It is also important to quote your order reference number for all the communication and to include the original invoice with your shipment.
All the reimbursements for purchases would occur in the same method of payment used by the buyer to pay for the product.
Our store offers the following options for refunds:
- Cash return/money back (through the same method used to purchase the product, whether Paypal, or Debit/Credit card payment)
- Discount on the next order (up to 50%)
- Complimentary gift voucher (to be used for next purchase)
Faulty/Damaged product received:
Our quality assurance team inspects each and every product individually before shipping it to our valued customers. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product that you have received or it is not what you have ordered, kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure to communicate your order number and the information about the product that you required to purchase along with clearly stating the problem with the jacket that you have received along with the refund method that you wish to choose from the above provided. Our customer services team will guide you through the process accordingly.
If you are waiting for your product to be delivered and wish to cancel your order, please contact email@example.com at your earliest in order for us to proceed with order cancellation before your order being dispatched for a complete refund.
Leather Hustlers also launches different promotions from time to time which also include free delivery promotions. Kindly note that if you have chosen to cancel your order and if it has already been processed and shipped to you then you would have to return the good to us before we can process the refund. Refund would include the complete amount of the order expect shipping charges.
- Discounted and Sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom made item if required to be altered, can be done for FREE provided the buyer pays the shipping charges for both ways. It excludes discounted/promotional/grand sale items.
- In the promotional period, the shipping charges may not be refunded unless an item sent is faulty
- Wrong size selection or change of product refund would be issued after the shipping costs have been deducted
- In case of any return that is due to wrong size or mind change, shipping cost will NOT be refundable. The shipping charges vary from $18 to $54 as per the buyer location. This apples even if the shipping FREE for the product.
